Nope! Anyone in the community can use the space.
Yes, for most events we do require a deposit between $100–$300 to lock in your date. As long as everything is cleaned up and our policies are followed, that deposit is fully refundable after your event!

Our main event space can accommodate 100 people, and up to 250 with the extended portion (Add-On).
The outdoor patio (Add-On) can accommodate an additional 100 people.
Ask about booking the ENTIRE first floor of the building for even more people.
Yes. every single event will be assessed a flat $99 cleaning fee in addition to their normal booking fees.
If you cancel your event 30 or more days out, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit.
If you cancel your event less than 30 days out, your deposit is non-refundable.
Sure! You can bring in what you need or you can choose from our list of preferred vendors.
Please remember to clean up after yourself (take out the trash, wipe down the tables, etc.). Yo momma don't work here!
